    Moistureproof MDF

    ROCPLEX – G Moisture resistant MDF is an incredibly versatile panel, with a high internal bond strength, used extensively throughout the construction and furniture industries, for interior applications that may be subject to occasional wetting or humidity.

    MDF (Medium Density Fibre) is a widely used sheet material within the building and joinery industry. Being free from defects, it is easily cut and shaped with both hand and machine tools to provide a surface which is easily painted or otherwise decorated.

    ROCPLEX – R,  MDF fire rated are non-load-bearing boards with improved fire retardant properties and are manufactured in compliance with European standard EN 622-5 where they are defined as boards for general use in dry conditions. MDF FR are increasingly used particularly in public spaces where stringent fire regulations must be met. Boards meet strict requirements which include improved fire resistance and especially the ability not to contribute to fire spread and not to form burning droplets. According to EN 13501-1 boards are classified B-s2,  in terms of reaction to fire. Boards are produced red-colored fiber as standard.
