How about ROCPLY F17 Formply

ROCPLY F17 Formply, formwork or hard facing is made of structural plywood with a film finish on both sides.
This makes it ideal for repeated use in wet environments such as concrete formwork in floors, walls, frames, bridges and other structures. Thin film coating makes it more durable and abrasion resistant than normal uncoated layers. Plus, it resists the alkalinity of concrete, meaning it will hold up well even with repeated use.

ROCPLY F17 Formply is easily sawn and shaped with everyday tools, allowing you to form around difficult areas. It is rigid, stable, lightweight and easy to install, which means that large areas can be laid without swelling and expansion.

This simple product enables workers to easily build structures on site, creating the skeleton for concrete pouring projects. It can also be used in timber formwork framing systems for a wide range of concrete slab thicknesses and tolerances.

Structural timber is divided into different classes (stress classes) that depend on the natural characteristics of the tree species, such as density and grain. F17 grade lumber is one of the most common stress classes and is an ideal material for formwork.

This F17 Formply has a high-quality exterior finish that makes it durable and reusable. It is constructed with certified wood veneer glued with resin and covered with a hard and durable resin impregnated paper to smooth the underlying concrete surface. The F17 formwork complies with Australian standards, specifically AS6669. Plywood used for concrete formwork must be fabricated, tested and tested in accordance with this specification. It is made of F17 grade wood, which will expand or shrink minimally when exposed to wet weather or fluctuating temperatures, making it easier to lay large areas.

ROCPLY F17 Formply Feature:

1. The size of each sheet is 2400 x 1200 mm
2.17mm thick
3. Australian Standard AS6669 approved
4. F17 certification level
5. Smooth finish of formwork
6. Also available in other sizes

Accommodates a wide range of frame spacings, concrete slab thicknesses and surface tolerances.
ROCPLY F17 Formply has a cross-laminated construction that is less likely to expand or contract when exposed to rain and temperature changes, making it easier to lay the formwork for large decks
Available in steel or wood formwork framing systems
ROCPLY ROCPLY F17 Formply is a premium plywood produced from FSC certified hardwood veneer. They are bonded with phenolic resin and covered with a hard and durable resin-impregnated paper to smooth the concrete surface. ROCPLY Formply has a durable Type A marine adhesive that can withstand the rigors of wet construction. Its hard phenolic surface and premium exterior finish make it durable and reusable.

If this logic is applied to a two-story building, it can be shown that the wind force applied to the lower floor can be nearly three times that of the top floor. This fact, combined with the trend towards larger rooms (fewer walls) and wider openings, and the use of nonstructural linings, made the structural design of these modern buildings even more critical.
