SENSOform LVL E11 For Formwork LVL is a Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) Engineered Wood Product used in concrete formwork support structures such as joists, bearers, walers and soldiers in conventional soffit formwork and vertical forms for concrete slab pouring. It is manufactured from renewable plantation Spruce and/or larch timber.
Available in three standard sizes, branded SENSOform, painted bright orange for moisture protection and ready identification, As a substantial improvement over conventional timber, SENSOform LVL E11 is easier to use, and a more convenient alternative than other materials.

SENSOform Formwork LVL beam virtually eliminate warping and are precut for easy installation with minimal waste and lower labor costs. We also have the capability of offering custom precut sizes. These are available sanded on both sides and provide multiple reuses. They are lighter and even more durable than competing products. Our SENSOform formwork LVL inner plies provide improved dimensional stability while reducing edge swell. These can be sawn ordrilled, just like dimension lumber.
